1. Introduction
In
the teaching method there are two importants aspect, the first is method of
teaching and than a media of learning. There is a research that people
knowladge is 11% take from their hearing experience and an eyesight experience
83%. Whereas, memorize an ability to hearing is 20% and memorize an ability to
eyesight is 50% (Arief, 1990). Teaching method refer to the general principles
and management strategies used for classroom interaction. There are many
teachers has monotony teaching methods that will make a students feels bored
and sleepy. Actually, teacher have a knowladge about teaching method because
they got it when they study in university or maybe some of them also get more
knowladge about it from education seminar.
Use
a media in teaching method can increase anxiety and students comprehension from
a lesson that teacher give. The important one is all of the media and the all
things must be corelated with a curriculum and student abilities to be able to
achieve a purpose of a lesson. So, all of the teachers expected to use an equipments
effecyively and efficiently when they give a lesson in the classroom (Sanaky,
2009). Substantively, teaching methods is the key of lesson goals as like how
to make students interested with the lesson and they can have a good memorize
from a theory that teacher was gived. Mulyasa said that students can called
success if they can over matter of learning minimal 65% from all the theory.
Whereas, class success will be saw from a sum of a students who they can
memorize 65% from the theory, minimal there are 85% from the all of students in
one classroom. There is a statement that success or not a students is depend on
teaching strategy, because students not just need a lot of theory but they also
need a motivations, games, joke, etc.
Why
teacher must has inovative teaching method ? the answer is because traditional
education is not relevant to use in teaching method because it will be make
monotone teaching situation of classroom and than it just based on knowladge
and quantitatively-oriented, beside it
traditional education will given’t a lot of an advantage that students needed.
Whereas, students must have a good skills, good apttitude and attitude that
they will be use it in their real live. Now, teaching method with there are
many variation of lesson method is the best teaching strategy. By using a media
in teaching method will make a students have more knowladge about their lesson
and a thecnology it self, so students can be more active physicaly and
mentality.
Use
a media in inovatif learning is important, beside make a students more
interested they are also have a new knowladge about thecnology of learning.
Traditional learning as like students just a read a book and writeing a point
of the theory is too monotone and not make students has a critical thinking, so
in this article will be explain more about inovative learning that will make a
student more kreative.

Discussion
Inovative
teaching method is very important in this era because almost of school and university have a mission to make their
students being a good person in their future. For it they need to have a good
education strategy for make it correlated. So how to make a good situation in
the classroom that will make students interested with the lessons ?
The
important one is to make students interested with the lessons by make all of a
students being a participant in the classroom activity, that will be make
teacher know what are students needed. Beside it, it can make a good
interaction between teacher and students in the classroom because a
communication in classroom is very important to make both of them so closed.
Teacher should be have a something interesting, so student will be pay
attention with their teacher and can understanding the theory of their lessons.
To make students interested, teacher should have a teaching strategy as like
deliver a theory by a game, make a main map, listen a song, doing a role play
and etc. Classroom should be conducive, its mean that student can make a joke
in the classroom but they must concisten to have a good score in their lessons.
Sometime
students will so bared when the teacher explain their theory seriously so they
need to refresh their brain with variation of teaching strategy, in there
teachers should be craetive to make a different strategy everytime. For
example, teachers can design the classroom with many pictures that correlated
with the lesson, make a different position of chair, adding an accecories that
correlated with the lessons, and make the class brighten. And than, situation
of class should be comfortable to study, so students will not bored in the
classroom. Stocwell (education coach in Europe) said that color poster in a
wall which good design is important because can stimulate periferal brain of
students.
Actually,
the recent excuse is student feel bored in the classroom. When students feel
bored or sleepy in the classroom they will not pay attention with the lessons.
Infact they are more enjoying to talk with their friends, drawing, or chating,
and than it will make teacher so angry. To superited this problem is by study
at out of the classroom and explain the easy theory for example foreign
language lesson. Student can try to make a conversation with touris that before
it teacher give a brifing to the native speaker and ask to students to record
their convertations with native speakers and than they must submit it. This
strategy can make students more confident when use a foreign language in the
next time. Beside it student will more concetration to make their convertation
fluently. After finished, students must submit conversation record that has
been done and teacher will be correct it.
The most
famous media strategy is by using a song / music because all of the students
certainly likes a song. It will be easier to deliver a theory of foreign
language lesson. Good motivational
tools, music and song are fun and relaxing, and they provide a class with variety and a
break from textbook study. Particularly with younger learners, songs and
chants are often used to teach new vocabulary. Despite
the rich potential of songs as authentic and stimulating texts, when it comes
to designing a listening activity for a song, teachers tend to rely upon the
Gap Fill as the sole activity: “Listen and fill in the blanks…listen again…check
and move on to the next activity”. Yet songs can be utilized in more variable
and stimulating ways to challenge students to learn and think about language,
and songs can provide opportunities for integrated skills practice as well as
cultural and intercultural analysis. The classic EFL
song activity remains the Gap Fill, where the teacher whites out a key word
every line or so, the students listen once or twice and fill in the blanks with
the words they hear, and answers are right or wrong. By song media
lesson strategy students can increase new vocabulary and easier to memorize it.
In
this era, technology give a lot of adventages to all people especially for
education activity, because now there are many schools using a technology when
deliver a theory of learning such as use a LCD proyektor to explain a matery of
their lessons, learning ICT in their lessons, use a network to search many
thing about education and etc. For it teacher should be more smarter than their
students for use a technology especially in the learning activities. In the EFL
classroom ICT use for make a student
have a good interaction with a teacher by media, as like teacher ask to
students to make their own blog in the internet than students must post in
there blog many thing that they wants, but their post should be relevent with
the lessons. For example in the EFL classroom they can posting many things
about foreign language. Maybe about grammar, how to can have a millions
vocabulary, and etc. So beside they learn something that new for students, they
can share their knowladge to the other people in the world. it can be a good
teaching strategy because teacher not just explain their lessons but teacher
also can improve students skills in technology. Beside it, in this era there
are many schools that apply E-learning or online learning, but offline learning
just for explaining a difficult theory. Moreover, there are many teacher give a
online assesment to student such as by edmodo, schoology, question bank or by
the other application that can support it. Use a computer in the learning
aactivities has been developed an make a regulations as a intrument to help
learning in a school that call by Computer Manage Learner (CML).
Inovative
learning strategy is very important, but to make it succesfull there are many
component that should be completed. There are many component that support to
being a inovative learning such as profetionnal lecturer, students,
infrastructure of learning, learning process, curriculum, and evaluation.

lecturer
Profetional
lecturer will be make big influence to inovation learning because it will be
increase a quality of learning. Based on the learning process, learning result
from students input influence on some factor such as :
1. Personal
style of lecturer include of speaking style, attenttion and pressing.
2. A
lessons that explained.
3. Lecturer
skill or teaching method.
To make a
learner success should be there is a prepare, good implementer, and feedback.

To
make students interest to study should be there is a motivation, because every
students have a different input ablities.
To make a motivation need an inovative model to make condusive when
learning process and can make a student active, have a good skills, attitude
and their profetional person.

Infrastructure
of learning
Infrastructure
of learning is very important to make inovation teaching method and to suport a
succesful of learning process. Used a Infrastructure optimaly can increase
quality of learning.

Learning
process
Purpose of learning not just deliver a theory of the lessons
and the skill but should be change a student from they didn’t know became they
understand about what teacher was explained and can prove that students being
more creative.

Currriculum
To make good quality in learning process inovation of
learning should be relevant with curriculum. For it, inovator need to correlate
both of them and creating a good teaching method to deliver a theory to
students. Actually when teacher want to make different teaching strategy,
teacher should be make sure that their strategy didn’t out from the education
curriculum.
·
Evaluation
If
there is an inovation in teaching method must have an evaluation, because it
will check sucess or not the teaching method it self. For checking it teacher
can use a questioner and give it to students or another teacher, than inovator
should sum the result of questioner and average it. So teacher will know that
their inovation is succes to deliver a theory of lesson or not.
3. Conclussion
Teaching method can
influence of increacing understaning of students. Teacher should be creative to
deliver their lessons and make sure that teacher can make students pay
attention to the lessons. Teacher should have a different strategy to deliver a
theory to make students intersted with the lessons, because traditional
teaching method will make students feel bored and sleepy in the classroom.
Inovative teaching methode can improve students skill and make students easier
to understand the lessons.
Actually, make
condusive situation of classroom is the key to make student concetration with
the lessons, but if since a teacher came in the classroom with seriously face

method can use a media or technology in this era such as deliver a teory by a
song, video, main map, power point, and etc. Students can improve their skill
with inovative learning process that teacher giveed. Using a ICT in laerning prosen
also make students can more creative and has a critical thinking, beside it
students can share their knowladge to the other people by using a blog in the
network connection. Whereas, to make successful inovative learning should
compeleted some component of learning such as profetionnal
lecturer, students, infrastructure of learning, learning process, curriculum,
and evaluation.
Infact, Inovative learning
process will make a teacher more creative to support an intersted lesson and
than students will be easier to understanding a lessons and momorize it.
Finally, teacher sholud be profetional, has a good attitude and make sure that
all of students interested with the lessons.
